With 9,000 lbs. of Epsom salt dissolved in just two feet of warm water, your body naturally floats, allowing you to release tension and enter a state of deep relaxation. Preparing to Float
- Avoid caffeine and heavy meals: Refrain from consuming caffeine or a large meal at least 1-2 hours before your session to enhance relaxation.
- Shave or wax a day before: Avoid shaving or waxing right before your float to prevent irritation from the saltwater.
- Remove contact lenses: If you wear contacts, bring a case and solution, as it’s best to remove them before floating.
- Don’t worry about swimming skills: The saltwater is so buoyant that no swimming experience is needed—you’ll naturally float on the surface.
- Stay hydrated: Drink water before and after your session to stay hydrated and maximize the benefits of the float.

What to Expect When You Float

Shower & Insert earplugs
Rinse off to remove oils and lotions and put in earplugs to keep water out.

Enter Tank
Carefully step in one foot at a time and lie back to float.

Float Time
Enjoy the soothing music. You'll feel stress, tension, and pain melt away in the healing salt water!

When your session ends, you will be notified and then you're free to turn on the lights, shower off the salt, and return to your day refreshed and renewed!
